Batman movie reference to Sandy Hook

As most of you probably know, there’s a very strange link between the latest Batman movie and the Sandy Hook elementary school massacre. At about 1hr 50minutes into the movie a map is shown on a table with the words ‘Sandy Hook’ written in pencil on an area of the map. One of the actors even puts his fingers over the words. Here’s the relevant video segment and a screen grab of the map.

The words ‘Sandy Hook’ has no relevance to that scene or any other part of the movie, so it is rather strange that those words would appear at all. The words are pointed to by the actor as the ‘target’, but even then from a plot point of view, it’s difficult to justify having any words written on the map, a simple gesture to a point on the map itself would have sufficed.

So in case you haven’t grasped the idea fully yet, what we are confronted with here is: a movie was released six months ago and played in movie theaters across the US. While the movie was being shown in one of those theaters, a person (possibly with accomplices) walked into the theater and opened fire on the audience killing 12 people and injuring 58 others. In the movie in question, there is an, as yet, inexplicable reference to the name of the school that would, six months later, experience a very similar type of gun attack where 28 people were shot dead, 20 of them children.

Other than the Sandy Hook village in the town of Newtown, Connecticut, I was only able to find two other places in the US named ‘Sandy Hook’. One is a beach in New Jersey, and the other is a small town in Kentucky. The only plausible explanation I can come up with right now to explain this, is that, somehow, someone involved in the production of the movie decided to use the name Sandy Hook because it is the real name of an area close to NYC and Gotham is supposed to be a fictional version of NYC. But it would be useful if someone from the production of the Batman movie could come forward and offer some explanation for what, right now,  seems to be a very bizarre coincidence.

As regards the alleged gunman at the Sandy Hook school; according to media reports, about 3 years ago, after his parents’ divorce, he “fell off the map” and there is extremely little known about what he had been doing and with whom he had been doing it, during those 3 years.

Suspect ‘Eyewitnesses’ – From 9/11 to the Colorado Massacre

By now most people reading this already know that there are a number of unanswered questions surrounding the Colorado theater shooting, so I just want to quickly point out a few things and maybe make a few connections along the way.

Apart from the fact that the DHS and the FBI released a memo in May this year to security and emergency services to be on the alert for a ‘terrorist’ attack at a movie theater; apart from the fact that on the same day as the Aurora massacre, Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine was holding an identical drill 17 miles away that simulated a shooter in a movie theater; apart from the fact that the FBI is officially known to have set up ‘terror attacks’ that included creating the plan, providing the weapons and equipment, preparing the location of the attack and even driving the vehicles to pull it off; APART from all that, there is the also the problem of the eyewitnesses to the Colorado shooting who stated that the gunman (James Holmes) seemed to have an accomplice. FBI and DHS Warned in May of Terrorists Planning to Attack Movie Theaters

The Century 16 movie theater early on Friday morning, July 20, 2012. A 24-year-old man gave himself up to police after telling them he “possibly” had explosives in his home.

Claiming 70 victims, 12 confirmed dead and 58 injured, the mass shooting Friday at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, about 10 miles from Denver, is the worst mass shooting in US history. Cinema goers were 30 minutes into a sold-out midnight screening of the newly-released third installment of the Dark Knight Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, when someone described by witnesses as dressed “entirely in black” in full SWAT/riot gear – including gas mask, ballistic helmet, bullet-proof vest, bullet-proof leggings, throat and groin protection, and black tactical gloves – entered an emergency side exit of the theater.

After releasing cannisters of tear gas into the packed movie theater, he proceeded to calmly shoot members of the audience, picking off anyone who tried to escape along the aisles. Most of the movie-goers were between 15 and 25 years of age. When the gunman decided he was done, he exited the way he came, downed his weapon and gave himself up to police. A law enforcement source told CBS News the suspect was well-equipped, with one rifle, two handguns and a knife. There were also unidentified explosives found in his vehicle. He also informed them about “possible” explosives in his apartment. When Aurora police showed up at the University of Colorado medical campus address, they found his apartment rigged with trip wires, thousands of rounds of ammunition, jars full of highly flammable liquid that would explode on mixing and 30 improvised grenades. Aurora Police Chief Dan Oates said “I personally have never seen anything like what the pictures show us is in there.”
