Who Started The London Riots?
When state ‘security’ forces murder a citizen in cold blood in broad daylight, and members of his community vent their anger in the only way they know how, who’s to blame for the fallout? The British government and the mainstream media would like us to believe that it’s the victim and members of his community. But then, we all know better than to believe the words of government officials and media whores. Or at least we should. In fact, how many times do we need to have cold, hard evidence of government and media lies dropped in our laps before we get the message once and for all?
Oh well, once more with feeling…
IPCC: No Evidence Mark Duggan Shot At PCs
An IPCC ballistics report said there was “no evidence” that a handgun found near where Mark Duggan was shot by armed officers had been used.
The 29-year-old died after a gunshot to the chest on Thursday. The death sparked the first night of rioting in London in Tottenham.
Mr Duggan had been a passenger in a silver Toyota Estima minicab in Ferry Lane, close to Tottenham Hale Tube station, which was believed to have been stopped by police.
His death came after two shots were fired by a Scotland Yard CO19 firearms officer, investigations show.
The initial results confirmed reports that a bullet found lodged in a police radio at the scene was police issue.
Of course, given that the IPCC report amounts to a police investigation of the police itself, we shouldn’t be surprised that many questions remain unanswered.
For example, if Mark Duggan did not shoot at police, how did a bullet get lodged in one of the policemen’s radios? More to the point, how did a police issue bullet get lodged there? And how did this come to be the initial ‘evidence’ that Duggan fired at police? The gun that the police claim to have found in the taxi that Duggan was travelling in was a ‘Bruni BBM’, which means it was either an air gun or a blank starter pistol. Interestingly enough, last year, the WestMidlands police issued an amnesty on just this make of gun which previously did not need a license. Assuming their amnesty drive was successful, there are probably quite a few of these guns floating around UK police stations… I’m sure one or two wouldn’t be missed.
Then there is this eyewitness testimony to the killing of Duggan:
‘I saw about six unmarked police cars cornering a people carrier near a bus stop right outside Tottenham Hale station.
‘It looked like they had been chasing the car. I heard the police shout something like, “Don’t move†and I saw them drag the driver out of the car. I don’t know if they dragged the guy out in the passenger seat – he was the one who got shot.
‘About three or four police officers had both men pinned on the ground at gunpoint. They were really big guns and then I heard four loud shots.’
So from an initial story that went something like: ‘upon approaching the vehicle we were fired upon by one of the occupants. We returned fire and fatally wounded one man’Â it seems the reality was more along the lines of: ‘Eh, yeah, we dragged him out of the car and executed him in cold blood, then we shot our own radio to make it look like he shot at us, and we might have planted a gun on him, I can’t really remember.’
The strange thing is, for those of you that have been paying attention over the past few years, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, especially since the officers that apparently assassinated Duggan were members of ‘CO19’ or the Metropolitan police’s Central Operations Specialist Firearms Command.
Remember Jean Charles De Menezes in 2005? The Brazilian electrician who was followed through the streets of London, into a tube station and then, without any warning, shot 7 times in the head while he was pinned to the floor, for no good reason? CO19 officers. (You might also remember that the CO19 officers tried to portray de Menezes as a ‘suicide bomber’ by fabricating details such as the claim that he ran and was wearing a ‘bulky jacket’.)
Remember the Forest Gate raid? No? June 2nd 2006, 250 heavily armed British police descended on a house in East London where, it was alleged, ‘Muslim terrorists’ were manufacturing chemical weapons to unleash on innocent Londoners. During the raid, one of two brothers living in the house was shot and both were arrested. At a press conference after their release, the brothers (aged 23 and 20) described their ordeal.
“When Kahar heard the front door being smashed down, he assumed it was a burglary and left his bedroom to come down stairs, where, at a distance of ‘two or three feet’, a policeman opened fire without issuing a warning or identifying himself. “We had eye contact and he shot me straight away,” recalled Kahar. The bullet entered his chest and exited through his shoulder, sparing his life by inches. “I was begging him, ‘Please, please, I can’t breathe,’ and he just kicked me in my face. He kept on saying, ‘Shut the fuck up’…. one of the officers slapped me on the face … I thought that they’re going to either shoot me again, or they’re going to start shooting my brother.” Koyair, the brother, was also sworn at and beaten. Their elderly mother was dragged out in handcuffs. Their sister, Humeya Kalam, told the BBC, “I heard doors being smashed, windows being broken. I woke up, opened my door and saw a person dressed all in black, gun pointing towards me.” Meanwhile, the police raided the house next door, where the residents received similar rough treatment.”
Yet again, an attempt was made to smear the two victims by claiming first that Kahar had been shot after he had struggled with officers, then that he had actually been shot by his brother during a scuffle, and then that a police officer had ‘accidentally’ discharged his gun as a result of wearing thick gloves. It was also stated that the brothers had attended militant Islamist demonstrations and that Kahar’s wound was superficial. Not surprisingly, all of these were outright lies, and the two brothers were entirely innocent, but even more shocking was the subsequent revelation that the police informant who provided the information that led to the raid, was an “utter incompetent” with an IQ of 69.
Guess which branch of the Metropolitan police these officers came from? CO19
Anyway, I hope all British people feel a lot safer knowing that they have a state sanctioned assassination squad ready and willing to ‘help’, whenever the spirit (or their trigger fingers) move them.
Although I found the CO19 'incidents' interesting, there is little relation between the title of the essay and its content.
Not only have you entirely left out the role the media played in building up the hysteria, there seems to be no further investigation into the police excuses, the new laws they've brought in because of this incident, the other city riots etc.
Furthermore, I'm still left with the questions… why kill Mark Duggan? Who was he? Why did so many armed police officers stop that minicab? Why was the driver of the minicab a suspect too? Who was he? and many more…
I find the above criticism kinda poor… imho, this entire situation could have been setup and executed exactly as it went down. Kill an innocent brown person, then have you agent provocateurs stir up anger, hate and resentment amongst the poor populace of London… make sure your police force doesn't intervene and wham – riots.
If you feel there's a lot more 'work to be done' on this particular set of events, I doubt Joe would mind if you did your own research and published an article with all that info on your own website. 😉
Who are the criminals? The media teaches us that they are the men dressed in black, who attack in the dark of night, and carry weapons of mass destruction. The one's who say 'shut the fuck up', and drag the elderly and the children out to be shot. Who are the Criminals?
The London riots were a planned massacre. They govt. may have thought to have fooled a million people, but the truth has already been flashed into the minds of every single individual. I hope many more people will soon realize the truth.
