Two BBC news stories, one published on August 29th the other on September 30th, contain video of an alleged Syrian government “napalm” attack on a “Syrian school playground” during the last week of August 2013. The September 30th video refers back to the original story, one month previously.
Both videos are from the same ‘Panorama’ investigative reporting program that aired on August 30th, the same day that the UK parliament rejected Prime Minister David Cameron’s attempt to sanction the NATO bombing of Syria.
Both videos contain the testimony of an English doctor allegedly working with the supposedly humanitarian ‘NGO’ ‘Hand in Hand for Syria‘.
The doctor in question may be a Doctor Rola, who appears to be a British ex-pat or ‘exiled’ Syrian woman or, perhaps, the daughter of Syrian ‘exiles’.
The two video segments in question are a few minutes long and, like all of the BBC’s coverage of Western government’s proxy war in Syria, they attempt to make a case for the “Assad bombing his own people” (the same lies that we spread about Gaddafi). Read More →
A CIA/Mossad-backed Syrian rebel after snorting some potassium chlorate
In January this year, the web site of UK-based ‘offense defense contractor’, Britam Defense, were hacked by someone that ‘authorities’ claim (unsurprisingly) may have been of the Iranian persuasion (Iranians do everything bad these days don’t ya know!). Part of the trove of documents that were uploaded to various websites included two emails.
One email had “Syrian Issue” in the subject field and the other has “Iranian Issue” in the subject field. Both emails appeared to be from David Goulding, the actual business development manager of Britam Defence and appeared to have been sent to Phillip Doughty, the actual founder of Britam. Many alternative news web sites have used these emails as evidence that the recent alleged ‘chemical weapon’ attack in Syria was the work of the Western-backed Syrian rebels rather than the Syrian military. The problem however is that the emails appear to be have been faked. Read More →
Western-backed death squads in Syria aka ‘al-qaeda’
Western governments (in league with their Middle Eastern client states) began their proxy war attack (via paid mercenaries aka ‘al-qaeda’) on Syria in 2011. The ongoing Syria campaign is just the latest in a long line of direct or indirect attempts at ‘regime change’ by the Western (and global) elite over the past 10 years (although their history of attacking and destabilizing and overthrowing sovereign governments goes back at least 100 years).
Each time I have commented on these illegal and inhuman invasions and proxy wars, I have pointed to the evidence that we are not, and never have been, dealing with a ‘popular revolution’ or a ‘civil war’ or a ‘terrorist threat’, but rather, always and everywhere with the age-old, tried and tested murderous tactics and outrageous lies of Western powers.
These type of ‘regime change’ operations include the use of several scurrilous, brutal and, frankly psychopathic tactics: Read More →
‘How do I hate thee, let me count the ways’ – Hilary Clinton gets off on killing civilians
I really have to hand it to the war mongers; while they certainly lack imagination, their pathological persistence seems to know no bounds.
The full details of Western imperial plan for the destruction of Syria is now becoming clear with the purported arrival of the USS Eisenhower off the Syrian coast. US patriot missiles have already been deployed on the Turkey/Syria border (along with hundreds of American and European troops to operate them), in preparation for Syrian government attempts to hit US bases and military sites in Turkey as a response to any NATO invasion. Of course, a ‘Syrian’ attack on these positions would provide the perfect pretext for NATO to get its hands dirty in Syria. Read More →
Obama supporters get excited about his re-election and the American dream
I have to admit, as Presidential acceptance speeches go, Obama’s acceptance speech was impressive. It was emotionally provocative (for Americans and non-Americans alike), it was full of hope, calls to action and the collective responsibility of “we the people”. It was all about pumping popular pride in the great United States of America, as the greatest nation on earth. It pushed all the right emotional buttons for Americans and reminded them about everything they have been programmed to believe, since childhood, about the country they live in. It was all about the American dream and the American myth. Obama claimed he has “never been more hopeful about our future, never been more hopeful about America.” and proclaimed that “the best is yet to come.” In short, it was a bunch of jingoistic nonsense that flew in the face of the reality of life in the USA and what it has done and continues to do to the rest of the world.
The myth of America and ‘the American dream’, as promoted by politicians and media pundits etc. has been very effective in buffering the average American against the truth of what America has been and is today. But the grandiose words of politicians alone is never enough to keep the citizens content and obedient. To be truly effective, claims of American exceptionalism and superiority had to be backed up by evidence of it on the ground, and to that effect, America really has been the most prosperous and developed nation in the world for a long time.
The ‘quality of life’ of the average American over the last 100 years has been above that of other ‘developed’ nations and far above that of most of the rest of the world. This high level of living standard was provided, primarily, by access to modern technology and easy access to jobs and ‘personal wealth’. But how did Americans get access to the technology, and why have jobs and personal wealth been so plentiful in the USA as compared to other nations?
That’s where the American myth comes in. Read More →
“Killing your own people” – a good strategy in the face of foreign invasions (if you’re an imbecile)
In case you haven’t noticed, Western governments have never shown much creativity when trying to find an excuse to wage a war against another nation. Usually, they just rely on the gullibility of the masses of people and on the mainstream media to repeatedly spread the lie. On several occasions, such a the Gulf of Tonkin incident, their creativity has extended to attacking themselves (or claiming they have been attacked).
In recent years, as the US political and military juggernaut has grown more desperate in its search for new foreign resources to prop up the failing empire, the causus belli has been reduced to the puerile claim that such and such a leader is “killing his own people”. But the plausibility of this claim, in terms of the leaders against whom it has been used, and the context in which it has been used, rests on a belief that is entirely implausible. Read More →
Watch the following short BBC News report. It reveals a truth that has been kept hidden for many years now: that many of the ‘suicide bombings’ around the world in the last 15 years (or more) have been carried out by third parties in the way described in this video – forcing or duping a person into becoming an unwitting “suicide bomber”.
This tactic, known as the ‘proxy suicide bomb’ was actually invented by British intelligence back in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, and used in the British government’s war against the people of Northern Ireland, as revealed by this UK Observer article from 2006:
Henry McDonald, Ireland editor
Sunday September 10, 2006
The controversy over claims that Britain allowed two IRA informers to organise ‘human bomb’ attacks intensified this weekend.
A human rights watchdog has handed a report to the Police Service of Northern Ireland, which concludes that two British agents were central to the bombings of three army border installations in 1990. […]
The ‘human bomb’ tactic involved forcing civilians to drive vehicles laden with explosives into army checkpoints and included deadly sorties near Newry and Coshquin outside Derry. Six British soldiers and a civilian worker at an army base died in the simultaneous blasts on either side of Northern Ireland. […]
British Irish Rights Watch said: ‘This month BIRW sent a confidential report to the Historical Enquiries Team on the three incidents that occurred on 24th October 1990… at least two security force agents were involved in these bombings, and allegations have been made that the “human bomb” strategy was the brainchild of British intelligence.
The fact that the “proxy suicide bomb” was the brainchild of British intelligence puts a very different spin on the massive number of “suicide bombings” that have occurred in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria since American and British forces invaded those countries. These bombings, which number in the hundreds, are designed to have the very same effect in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria (and anywhere else Western elite interests are at stake) as in the UK, America or Spain (The September 11th 2001 attacks in New York and Washington, The London Tube bombings or the Madrid train bombings) – the creation of a population too traumatised to question the increasingly authoritarian dictates of their ‘leaders’, and a population cowed into believing that they need their leaders to protect them from ‘terrorists’. The real threat, as we have repeatedly pointed out, is a threat against which our leaders are completely powerless to protect us.
State-sponsored terrorism used to be a rather simple affair, where a state would order its military (or other covert armed group) to carry out terrorist acts against a civilian population, domestic or foreign. Over the course of the last 20 years or so however, state sponsored terrorism as practiced by Western ‘Democracies’ has evolved into a much more convoluted and complex operation.
Take ‘al-qaeda’ for example. The best way to understand the true role of ‘al-qaeda’, is to first understand the role played by the Soviet Union and ‘Communism’ as popularised by Western governments. Read More →
Death Squad: Free Syrian Army recruits proudly display the black flag of al-Qaeda, the database of Western mercenaries/terrorists
It was only a matter of time before NATO’s hired killers were tasked with carrying out a massacre in Syria that NATO stooges at the UN could then attempt to blame on the Syrian government. This time however, the con job isn’t going quite according to plan.
On Monday 28th May 2012 (‘Memorial Day’ in the US, for those who enjoy irony) the world’s public received a full frontal propaganda attack by the Western and other duplicitous media outlets parroting NATO and UN Security Council condemnations of a “massacre by Syrian troops” in the Syrian village of Houla on Friday 25th May.
